Return window
You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Condition
Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories included.
How to return
Email info@swiftriseventures.space with your order number. We'll send return instructions.
Damaged or defective items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we'll cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was defective or sent in error.
Return shipping
For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
